Foundation Room's Layout
High atop the Sin City Strip, from the 63rd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino, you will find a hidden gem called the Foundation Room. This chain has been a division of Live Nation Entertainment since July 2006 and was a once a private "members only" club that has made its way into the mainstream for our bachelorettes! There is still a "private" area for members; however, most of the venue is open to the public for decadent dining, handcrafted cocktails, and after-dinner drinks. The top floor setup is perfect for a Gram 📸 moment for the birthday girl or the bride-to-be and the rest of the tribe. You will get a stunning, unparalleled view from the south end of The Strip!
Music and Entertainment
The genre leans a bit Hip-Hop with an Open-Format music mix of Top 40s, Hip-Hop, and EDM. We are more tech-house music fans, and we enjoy their Industry Party on Thursdays. They have some big-hitting artists and events that grace the venue after many concerts at their big brother venue, the House of Blues.
The venue, with its beautiful open-air balcony, offers a chill vibe and a highly enjoyable evening.
Check the events page or scroll down, enter your Vegas vacation dates, and you will see who is performing.
The Foundation Room is located at Mandalay Bay on the south end of the iconic Vegas Strip. If you are coming in a limo, car, cab, or rideshare, make sure they drop you at the main Mandalay Valet, not at Delano. The address is 3950 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119.
How Does Foundation Room Guest List Work?
In Las Vegas, the clubs are large, and they need people to fill them. One of the techniques they use to entice ladies to join the party is to offer them FREE entry via the guest list. The list is typically FREE for ladies, but we recommend arriving early to avoid a long wait unless there is a concert, then you will need to purchase tickets.
What is the Guest list Benefits?
The primary guest list benefit is FREE entry. Some nights at some venues, they might have a drink ticket or an hour of an open bar. Submit a form to Bachelorette Vegas to find out the best deals in town. One of our hosts will get back to you with options. We have some crazy hook-ups for ladies. Just hit us up!
Pro Tip: We highly suggest that you buy tickets or use our VIP Entry Service if it's a holiday weekend or when they have a big concert in the building. Both of these services will guarantee entry; the GUEST LIST DOES NOT!
Foundation Room Insider's Guide
This club loves ladies, and a guest list is an excellent option unless they have a prominent artist, or it's a holiday weekend.
#1 Hit us up for drink deals for ladies. We have some good ones!
#2 Be patient. Keep in mind; you chose the free option knowing there could be a long wait.
What is the Cost of the Foundation Room Guest List?
|Gender||Cover Charge||Guest List|
|Males||$20-$75+||Some nights are free with an even ratio.|
|Females||$20-$50+||The majority of the nights are free.|
*Note: Submit your guest list entry, and we will get back to you with the details.
**Foundation Room requires an even ratio on the guest list on many nights, meaning the same number of ladies and men in a group, or more ladies than men, but not more men than ladies.
***On some nights, Foundation Room offers an open bar or drink ticket for ladies for a fixed amount of time. We will be happy to set you up with that.
When there is a popular artist on Fridays and Saturdays, they will usually have a hefty cover. For men, you can expect $30 to $75+ each, and ladies usually $20-$50+ each. Get on the guest list for:
- Ladies comp admission.
- Men comp or reduced.
- We recommend early arrival before 10:30 p.m. as they tend to close the guest list early.
- Hard cut off for list at 1 a.m. unless they close the list early.
What is The Foundation Room Dress Code
Since nightclubs are privately owned, they can legally enforce a dress code as long as they can demonstrate consistency in the enforcement of those rules – and imposing a dress code helps maintain the upscale atmosphere. The Foundation Room is a classy club, so guests are expected to dress the part. While Sin City is pretty wide open about women's attire, this is not the time to be experimenting with outrageous hairdos, lots of makeup, crazy outfits, and excessive jewelry.
Dress to impress and choose wisely when it comes to your shoes; if you can't walk around in heels all night, bring slippers. Going barefoot in a nightclub is asking for trouble. Before you head to the club, please check out our complete Bachelorette Dress Code Guide. It's chock-full of information on what to wear and what not to wear.
Security for the Foundation Room
Security at the Vegas clubs helps to maintain "law and order." Be prepared for your purse to be searched at all the Vegas Clubs and Pools. You will also have to pass by security with a wand metal detector. Ladies, common sense, and good judgment dictate – pills or anything that resembles something illegal is strictly prohibited. If you have a prescription that you must carry, you will need proof of that. Please read our comprehensive guide to Las Vegas Security. It will tell you everything you need to know before you go.
